Following your basic business need, which is to sell the apartments fast and reliably,
I decided that making 2 big apartments, which could be sold easily is much better idea
than making 2 smaller apartments and 3rd very small, which could not be sold so easily.
Therefore, my design offer 2 complete luxory apartments, with laundry, sauna, guest bathroom, etc...with almost equal net surfaces.
