The main concern was to have enough square meters for every space and to also have natural light in every each one of them. The result comes to a very comfortable apartment and we really enjoyed it.
The 1st group of spaces is - the entrance hall / dining / kitchen and living room. All of them into an L - shape. Dining and kitchen share the main space, and the living room takes the space with the large doors to the yard. In this way you can continue the living space outside on the patio and also have a wonderful view. (the wall between kitchen and living room must have an opening - for entering the living room. You must check with your construction engineer how big can it be).
The 2nd goup is the bedrooms with bathrooms and laundry.
The small bedroom is next to the kitchen with the toilet next to it. This toilet also is the main toilet for living room and the other spaces.
On the right to the entrance we have a hallway that leads to the master bedroom (with it's bathroom) and the laundry (side by side with the bathroom).
As you can see on the plan we added a small wall (for the wc) and as a result we have the hallway to the master bedroom. This new wall we propose that you add stones as the columns on the right and left of it. In this way you enhance the stones and with some lighting it is a very intresting element.
The master bedroom in on the end of the hallway. It has a big wardrobe, space for tv and small dresser. It also has it's en-suit bathroom.
Both of the bedrooms have natural light from the back windows. The laundry is well lit by the front window. Master bathroom ventilation can be very easy accopmliced by a tube that goes through the laundry room.
