Thank you for this interesting apartment design contest. My concept for the design of these apartments revolves around the creation of the best functionality through the most creative space optimization. As such I hereby present to you two possible options both of which are creatively planned to make good use of available space and existing windows.
Option 01 gives you three apartments; 1 larger two-room apartment of 47m2 (with a balcony) & 2 smaller one-room apartments (30m2 nearest to the entrance and the other is 35m2). The advantage of this option is that it allows you to attract a wider more diverse market of tenants or buyers.
On the other hand, in Option 02 I decided to creatively divide the space into the smallest allowed sizes of apartments in Milan which ended up in 4 one-room apartments of 28m2 each. The advantage of this option is that you get more number of apartments (4 instead of 3).
Whichever option you choose to go with the apartments are stylish in both options with the space carefully optimized throughout. I believe the design meets your expectations and specific requirements.

Grazie per questo interessante concorso di design di appartamenti. Il mio concetto per la progettazione di questi appartamenti ruota attorno alla creazione della migliore funzionalità attraverso l'ottimizzazione dello spazio più creativo. Pertanto vi presento due possibili opzioni, entrambe progettate in modo creativo per sfruttare al meglio lo spazio disponibile e le finestre esistenti.
L'opzione 01 ti dà tre appartamenti; 1 appartamento bilocale più grande di 47m2 (con balcone) e 2 appartamenti monolocali più piccoli (30m2 più vicini all'ingresso e l'altro è 35m2). Il vantaggio di questa opzione è che consente di attrarre un mercato più ampio e diversificato di inquilini o acquirenti.
D'altra parte, nell'opzione 02 ho deciso di dividere in modo creativo lo spazio nelle dimensioni più piccole consentite di appartamenti a Milano che sono finiti in 4 appartamenti monolocali di 28m2 ciascuno. Il vantaggio di questa opzione è che ottieni un numero maggiore di appartamenti (4 anziché 3).
Qualunque opzione scegliate di andare con gli appartamenti sono eleganti in entrambe le opzioni con lo spazio accuratamente ottimizzato in tutto. Credo che il design soddisfi le vostre aspettative e requisiti specifici.
