The project is divided into two options. The difference between the two options is apartment 1.
The two projects presented have two apartments with two bedrooms. Both apartments have the same characteristics.

When we enter apartment 1, we are in the living room, kitchen and dining room. This area is to the left of the entrance.

In the right area we have a corridor that gives access to the bathroom, and to the two bedrooms. In this way the most private area of the house is separated from the most public area which is the living room, kitchen and dining room.

The bathroom has a shelf to store towels, and the shower ,on the right side, on the left side is the bidet, the toilet and the washbasin.

At the bottom of the bathroom, we have the laundry area, separated by a sliding door. In the laundry room there is space for a washing tower where you can place the washing machine and the dryer, and in front of this tower there is a washbasin with a cupboard and shelves above it to store cleaning products.

In option 2, the wall separating the main room and the kitchen moves towards the window. With this displacement, the kitchen has more work space and the main room remains functional.

Apartment 2, has the same design and characteristics as apartment 1, in both options.

El proyecto se divide en dos opciones. La diferencia entre las dos opciones es el apartamento 1.
Los dos proyectos presentados tienen dos apartamentos con dos habitaciones. Los dos apartamentos tienen las mismas características.

Cuando entramos en el apartamento 1, estamos en la sala de estar, cocina y comedor. Esta zona se encuentra a la izquierda de la entrada.

En la zona de derecha tenemos un pasillo que da acceso al baño, y a las dos habitaciones. De esta manera la zona más privada de la casa queda separada de la zona más pública que es la sala de estar, cocina y comedor.

El baño tiene un estante para almacenar toallas, y la ducha ,en la parte derecha, en la parte izquierda está el bidé, el inodoro y el lavabo.

En el fondo del baño, tenemos la zona de lavandería, separada mediante una puerta corredera. En la lavandería hay espacio para una torre de lavado donde colocar la lavadora y la secadora, y frente a esta torre una lavabo con armario y estantes encima de este para almacenar productos de limpieza.

En la opción 2, la pared que separa la habitación principal y la cocina se desplaza hacia la ventana. Con este desplazamiento, se consigue que la cocina tenga más espacio de trabajo y que la habitación principal siga siendo funcional.

El apartamento 2, tiene el mismo diseño y características que el apartamento 1, en las dos opciones.

Il progetto è diviso in due opzioni. La differenza tra le due opzioni è l'appartamento 1.
I due progetti presentati hanno due appartamenti con due camere da letto. Entrambi gli appartamenti hanno le stesse caratteristiche.

Quando entriamo nell'appartamento 1, ci troviamo nel soggiorno, in cucina e nella sala da pranzo. Quest'area si trova a sinistra dell'ingresso.

Nella zona destra abbiamo un corridoio che dà accesso al bagno, e alle due camere da letto. In questo modo la zona più privata della casa è separata dalla zona più pubblica che è il soggiorno, la cucina e la sala da pranzo.

Il bagno ha una mensola per riporre gli asciugamani, e la doccia, sul lato destro, sul lato sinistro si trovano il bidet, la toilette e il lavandino.

In fondo al bagno, abbiamo la zona lavanderia, separata da una porta scorrevole. Nella lavanderia c'è spazio per una torre di lavaggio dove è possibile collocare la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice, e di fronte a questa torre c'è un lavandino con un armadio e scaffali sopra di esso per riporre i prodotti per la pulizia.

Nell'opzione 2, la parete che separa la stanza principale dalla cucina si sposta verso la finestra. Con questo spostamento, la cucina ha più spazio di lavoro e la stanza principale rimane funzionale.

Appartamento 2, ha lo stesso design e le stesse caratteristiche dell'appartamento 1, in entrambe le opzioni.
