Descripción

The design process begins by taking into account the boundaries of the fence/outer side of the site, especially on the ground floor. Also pay attention to the maximum area that can be built.

Formed a mass of buildings that tend to extend from east to west. Then naturally divided into two main building masses, each of which accommodates two residential units.

The advantage of this building mass is that the long side of the building faces north and south. These sides allow for an ideal light source for natural lighting during the day. This makes it possible to make large windows in the rooms on the south side of the building, both on the ground floor and first floor.

The basement design is more flexible because it is not bound by land boundaries. The parking space arrangement pattern is made as simple as possible so that the car does not need to maneuver a lot when entering or leaving the basement.

We chose a simple sloping roof shape that would accommodate future solar panels.

In principle, 4 residential units have the same pattern of spaces.
1. Starting with the entrance and a small space to store jackets/coats.
2. Living room and dining room with an open concept without a partition. There is also a large window and access to the porch and courtyard on the ground floor, while on the first floor there is access to a fairly wide balcony.
3. Kitchen and private garden (ground floor).
4. The hall leading to the private room is on the other side after the entrance.
5. Small enclosed laundry.
6. A bathroom that can be accessed by anyone, including guests. There is a sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub + shower combo.
7. A bedroom containing two twin beds and one closet.
8. The master bedroom is quite spacious which contains one queen bed and the main bathroom (there is a sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub + shower combo).

It is certainly easier to understand the patterns of these spaces through the drawings we have created, including floor plans in 3D format.

Good luck for your project.
