The
project rationalizes the complex and inhomogeneous space of the
apartment, reorganizing the space. The
reorganization of the apartment create rooms functional and
organized, avoiding the waste of space, which is particularly evident
in the current state of the apartment. I created a living area
consists of a welcoming entrance hall with wardrobes for storing
coats, a big kitchen with a large opaline glass door that divides and
at the same time connects this area with the rest of the living area,
a large living room with study area and dining room. The
characteristic element of this space is the totem tv: turning it, you
can watch TV in the living room or the dining room. The sleeping area
is organized by a essential corridor and consists of three bedrooms
(one for guests, one for two children and a master), two bathrooms
(one with a large corner shower and the other with a large bathtub
used also as a shower) and a laundry room.
The
decor of the entire apartment is modern and functional resulting
definitely cozy.
"Green
spaces" have been entered all over: two large planters in the
entrace hall, shelves for spices in the kitchen, on the terrace have
exploited the existing planters and, in any other room, you can put
plants.
