Good day, we are proposing two options for the re-layout of your design. All of the options use the existing drainage system, for the bathroom and for the kitchen. Both options are also equipped with a dedicated room for laundry, and the new master bathroom is done by closing the inner courtyard's terrace, due to the limitation of the location of the drainage system.

The first option accommodates your design requirement, where the new layout has a master bathroom that is equipped with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, while the children will use the common bathroom located near the open space of the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

The second option has a bigger space for the bedrooms, but the sleeping area is separated by the open space of the kitchen, dining room, and living room.
