I hope you enjoy the plans I have designed for you. I wanted to make sure you had options to choose from as it is a small space that has to be designed with practicality and your spesific needs in mind. All of my plans were drawn with the future in mind allowing space for the children to grow, fitting 2 regular size single beds and study areas.
I created three alternatives; the first option has an extra space that can be used as a study area or a playroom for the kids. With the second plan I prioritised the kitchen and living areas. The third plan has a total of 3 bedrooms, seperate rooms for the children.
There are many details I have thought to put in to the apartment such as an interior window backspash for the kitchen in the first plan. Or how the column will be integrated in to the design in the third option.
