Below you can see my proposal for the re-arrange the layout of the apartment.
I have propose 3 options: option 1 is 2 bedrooms layout (1 master bedroom and 1 kid's bedroom), Option 2 and 3 is 3 bedrooms layout (1 master bedroom and 2 kid's bedrooms).
In option 1 we have one spacious open common area with living room, dining area and kitchen (island kitchen with a bar),one is master bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom (full set sanitary ware), the other is kid's bedroom (bunk bed or twin bed for 2 kids), 1 shared-toilet and a small laundry near entrance.
Option 2 and 3 are my proposal for 3 bedrooms in which we have one master bedroom and 2 kid's bedrooms. Slightly difference in the layouts (please see the layout for detailer explanation).
If you are okay with 2 bedrooms, definitely go for option 1.
If you are looking for option with 3 bedrooms, I am more into option 3 where we have spacious common area. But option 2 is still good for consideration.
