Dear client,
Our project proposes a bold mid-century ambient that resonates with the current interior design trends while maintaining a classic composition. The entrance and dining (former 'camera') space now communicate through a light metal and glass separation pannel. Using a single floor design for both rooms and a single wall color (greenish blue-turquiose) unites the spaces furthermore. The dinning room is scarcely furnished. The main features are: the pellet stove and the full-wall custom made bookcase. While not being used as a dinning room, the space can also function as a library-study. Another trick used to enlarge the space and lightness of the entrance is the use of mirrors cladding the walls and a custom built wardrobe.

Connecting the dinning and kitchen is a new glass and metal door that connects the two spaces.

The kitchen (former 'limonaia') becomes a light space where to cook and connect with the nature through a vertical garden and the limon planters already existing. In the warm months the large glass doors open towards the garden while in the winter the planters and greenery come indoors. Somehow the space, while currently being used as a kitchen, still keeps the wintergarden function. Additional there's a storage space- the pantry.

The living room (former ' sala') contains the TV, activities room, and a small desk incorporated into the design
The bath is simple and functional.

Overall the project makes use of finishes and furnishes to create a coeherent ambient throughout while mixing in very specific functions of the space (limonaia), bold colors and light.
