I redesigned the house aiming to face the main rooms to the park and changing the suggested entrance door (***which I suggest to become a french window with the same dimensions as the door).

The entrance (marked with red arrow) is leading directly into the living and dining area. (***If you don't like a direct entrance, I suggest a glass wall). The living area is organised with sitting in L-shape and a formal dining table.
From this area is entered the hall that leads into the kitchen (in П-shape), the toilet with a washing machine, and tree bedrooms.
First of all is the master bedroom, facing the park, with entrance into the walked in wardrobe and toilet. Second is the double bedroom and the third is the guest room, that can also become a working studio room.
