hello, the idea that I propose for the renewal of your family room is based on simple choices and editable as possible according to the need of the hour. I provided several areas in the room that can be used simultaneously or individually by family members and our friends. I chose to leave an area more or less free to facilitate the positioning of the exhibition's equipment, which are statues or paintings and the relative useful space to the overall vision of the work within a specified distance. If there are performances by artists such as poets or musicians, they can have one convenient space. The various areas all overlook the performing area, so you can turn the various armchairs towards the focal point of the exhibition.
The main area is the one where you have your two large sofas, and I decided to place also your white armchair all laid down on your cream carpet.
In the music area I placed a library to organize the various equipment for the purpose, such as stereo, record player, records, etc .. and you can also sit alone to hear a good record.

At the other side of the room I decided to organize a small area for more intimate private chats that can easily approach the main area to expand the group in need or to follow a performance.

Since you are wine lovers, I thought to provide a bar area where you can keep the wine without having to get to the kitchen to sip whenever you want.

As regards the furniture that I thought to put near yours, almost all the pieces follow a common thread that is the industrial style, made up of little worked wood and dark metal (which in my opinion fits well with the style of the room and your furniture that I thought to keep) like the wheeled coffee table in the main area, that can be easily moved if you need more space for exhibitions. Combined with these, I thought to put some pieces of pure modern design such as the sideboard in the performing area (that enriches the entire room and can be used as storage or even as a support), formed by colored stripes that reflect the color scheme present; plus there is yellow that is the pop of color that I decided to enter in the color scheme like for the armchair near your white one that matches the warm shades of the rest of the furniture.
as regards for Your other white chair without arms, I thought it was perfect to be located in the music area flanked by a side table useful as a support.

The bar area is decorated by a counter with a vintage industrial taste and two turquoise lacquered stools, which can be an additional pop of color like for the side table that accompanies the two gray armchairs in the intimate area. As for this second color I have proposed an alternative: if you prefer to maintain a single contrasting color (yellow) I provided two stools coordinated with the rest of the furniture, and to replace the turquoise side table you can separate the couple of tables (No. 11) and position one between the main area and one whit the gray armchairs.
