according to the client requirements, I did some Modifications as follows:
modern simple gates were designed for cars and people.
a small terrace added closed to dining room to give the option of having outdoor meals.
as the client's requirements the staircase design changed and add hidden lights bellow the steps, and some flower beds .furthermore
the closed pergola added attached to the small building and linked by existed door, with very nice natural view.
for the main building, I changed the sunshade type from sides to rolled on, In order to modernity the facade.
the shelter above the balcony removed and add slim slab to produce shade ( could be made from light steel skeleton ).
