Here is my proposal for "External Facade"-contest:
1.Shape of external stairs are changed as requested. Last step size is increased and it is the same as console above it.
Considering the monumentality of new stairs shape, materials and color, I've decided to add plants on both sides of the stairs.
2. Color of the house is, from the palette you gave us: 3rd on 3rd row.
3. I've gave you, in floor plan section, suggestion for shape and placement of winter garden and I gave suggestion to change pergola above cars. Also, you can see that I also increased, covered garage space to give you suggestion, if possible to enlarge and make it for 2 cars. (there is space even 1,5m from border). If its not possible I would cover parking lot with roof on pillars.
4. I have also rearranged paving and "green" parts, by making sitting area in front of the house (indicative: sitting can be replaced with dinning table, depending on your wishes), and also to make space for 2 cars to park.
