The idea of the project is to, following your requirement, create a lot of space for your family and apartments for rent on the first floor.
As you can see, the ground floor is inspired by lot of natural sustainable materials which gives space an eco-friendly look. The ground floor is zone for fun which is reserved for family and friends gathering.
There are also situated a guest room, a bathroom and a laundry room.
On the first floor is relaxing separated zone with private bathroom, and on the attic is situated library with room for study and private cinema.
The apartments for rent are designed with two separated entrance. They both have all requirements for a long staying and enjoying in beautiful Italy.
