The project born from the analysis of the house in order to define the salient characters.
First i have decided what preserve and exalting; Which are the house strong elements that give it elegance and raffinance?
my impression is that the basament floor is very different by the first floor: the basament is rustic and rappresent the house functional space , the first floor is elegant and noble.
I want link this two using the same principle but in different declinations.
The principle is that the new designed parts appears different but in armony with the old.
In both floors the finishes are the more interesting elements to preserve.
So the projects fit itself to them beetwen the choise of style colors and materials.
In the drawings you will find a specific description of all the designed points.
BASAMENT FLOOR
i divide the basament floor in two parts: the night area and the living area.
the initial idea is to use the large door-window light to conform a open space living area.
The left part of basament floor is divide in corridor that link trhee bedrooms and the toilet of the appartament; one of the three bedroom have a privat toilet.
I use all the windows of the night area to create double and single bedroom in order to give air and light for all guests.
For the living area, i don't want create a to much deep space so i divide the space in two with the forniture:
I furnish the part near the window, that will be more lived, with sofas puof and armchairs, and the back with kitchen and a "jolly" room.
the kitchen is a blue wooden block in center of space, thought like the core of living space; on the left we have an jolly space with a little lounge area.
This room can be closed with a withe glass wall and separate from the living area in order to trasform it in a guests room.
The glass allow to the soft light of exterior to enter when the room is closed.
FIRST FLOOR
the request for the first floor is to create a toilet, rethink the relation between the kitchen dining and living room and propose the refurnitures of apartment.
the start point of project is to preserv the more possible the original space of the appartament.
I have projected the toilet between the kitchen and the living room such a elegant red marble block in order to respect the first floor elegance and link the varius ambients with the same element.
infact the red marble block is visible from, the living room, behind the doors, the lunch room like a backdrop from the kitchen.
another red marble block is layed in the kitchen and becam the freestanding washing and cooking postation.
Like in the basament floor a withe glass wall allow to separate the kitchen from the lunch room.
EXTERIOR
the render of the exterior explain my suggestion to build fine isolate structure like modern pavilions black still covered with textile curtains.
