Thank you for the opportunity to design your house. After analized and studied your needs and the building's existing, I proposed two alternative designs of ground floor and three alternative designs of first and second floor. Both alternative designs of ground floor have stairs in the north-east side, which is connected ground floor, first floor, and second floor. The north-east side carport is dedicated for clients’ car so that the clients can access the studio in second floor with indoor stairs. I made new doors in the cellar and storage area for accessing the room from carport and swimming pool area.The ground floor plan of two alternative designs difference is in the ramp for elderly who possibly use wheelchair. In the alternative 1 design, I did not proposed ramp.
In the alternative design 2 of ground floor, I proposed ramp. The garden in west-south side can be accessed from the ramp way, so that the level of this garden is lower than the existing level.
In the alternative design 1 of first floor, I changed entrance door to the south-west side. The entrance is designed with large space and with closets for coats and shoes and also shelf. The lounge is located in north-west side connected to the side terrace. In this terrace I designed outdoor space for seating with long wood bench with fireplace table to optimize the outdoor space. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are connected in one big space without any separated wall to give modern ambience with integrated design. The secondary bathroom has access to the outdoor space, which is likely to be accessible from side terrace and from swimming pool after swimming activity.
In the alternative design 2 of first floor, I did not change entrance door. Similar with alternative design 1, the lounge is located in north-west side connected to the side terrace. The living room and kitchen are connected in one big space without any separated wall to give modern ambience with integrated design. However, the dining room is designed separately in west-south side of building and connected to the lounge with doors.
In the alternative design 3 of first floor, I changed entrance door to the south-west side. The lounge is located in south-west side connected to the front terrace. The living room and dining room are connected in one big space without any separated wall. The kitchen is located in north-west side connected to the side terrace. The kitchen in this alternative is designed largely and greatly to make heart of the house for entertaining the guests or for family gathering with connection to the outdoor space.
In the alternative design 1 of second floor, I proposed large master bedroom with large walk-in closet and large en-suite master bathroom. The three rooms are connected. There is glass sliding doors thats separated walk-in closet and master bedroom. The ensuite-master bathroom has access door the the laundry room area. I changed doors in master bathroom area to be glass window. I proposed new small window in girl’s bathroom to give the natural light.
In the alternative design 2 of second floor, I proposed all bedrooms in north-west area with side terrace view. The studio has separated room for client meeting activity to give privacy. In the living room that connected to the kitchennette, I proposed sliding doors that separated the room and the corridor, which can be opened widely to give wider ambience. I proposed new small window in studio to give the natural light. I also changed window to new door in laundry room. The study room in girl`s bedroom is separated by the door, and beside from the bedroom, it also can be accessed from the corridor.
The difference between the alternative 2 and 3 are the positions of girl`s bedroom, study room, walk-in closet and the access of girl`s bedroom.
I also added some render views of living roo,m, lounge, dining room and kitchen each alternative design.
