Per la costruzione del secondo bagno ed ottenere due locali di adeguate dimensioni atte ad ospitare tutti gli accessori (doccia, lavabo, vater, bidet) si propone al cliente di utilizzare una parte della superficie del soggiorno.
Il progetto prevede la demolizione del tramezzo che attualmente divide il bagno dal soggiorno, e ne vengono costruiti due nuovi, uno per delimitare il secondo bagno dal soggiorno e l'altro a divisione dei due bagni.
Bagno 1 con finestra ha una superficie di mq 3,40 e larghezza di ml 1,25.
Bagno 2 ha una superficie di mq 3,95 di ml 1,30 di larghezza. Per illuminare il locale la parte alta della parete che divide i due bagni si può realizzare con vetrate fisse e apribile con sistema a vasistas.
Usare sanitari e mobili di dimensioni adeguate (linea Ideal Standard).
