Il progetto si basa sulla divisione funzionale degli spazi, in relazione ai vincoli tecnici esistenti (posizione degli scarichi dei bagni) e alle richieste della committenza.
Si è quindi deciso di separare in modo netto la zona giorno dalla zona notte, con un filtro che la rende totalmente indipendente. L'accesso avviene direttamente nel living, ma è stata studiata una zona ribassata, dove trovano spazio una nicchia con mensole porta oggetti (a sinistra della porta) e un guardaroba per gli ospiti (a destra). Sempre sulla destra, chiuso da una porta rasomuro invisibile, è stato posizionato un ripostiglio, indispensabile in ogni casa: viste le sue dimensioni comode, è diventato anche luogo dove posizionare la lavatrice. La zona giorno si sviluppa a sinistra dell'ingresso. La cucina è parzialmente nascosta da una spalletta, sulla quale è anche installata una pratica mensola snack. Cucina e living diventano uno spazio unico grazie ad una parete vetrata: da chiusa permette di isolare la cucina (anche per una questione di ordine e di odori di cucina) pur lasciando filtrare la luce e non andando quindi a perdere in luminosità ambientale; da aperta fa sì che le due zone si fondano assieme. Una volta aperta, infatti, i pannelli che la compongono si impacchettano uno sull'altro e si dispongono a ridosso della parete, con un minimo ingombro di spazio. Il living è generoso e vi trovano comodamente spazio un ampio tavolo da pranzo ed un divano penisola, posizionato di fronte ad una spaziosa parete attrezzata per la tv/libreria.
Come precedentemente accennato, il disimpegno filtra la zona notte. In quest'area si trova il bagno, che serve anche la zona giorno, due camere da letto per i bambini (una più grande, che può ospitare entrambi i figli fino a che sono piccoli) e la camera padronale. Quest'ultima è concepita come una suite, dotata di propria cabina armadio e di bagno privato. In questo locale è stata posizionata una vasca da bagno di design, che arreda la stessa camera da letto poiché è ubicata in prossimità di una vetrata che mette in comunicazione zona letto e stanza da bagno.

The project is based on the functional division of the spaces, in relation to the existing technical constraints (position of the drains of the baths) and to the requests of the client.
It was therefore decided to separate the living area from the sleeping area, with a filter that makes it totally independent. Access is directly in the living area, but a lowered area has been designed, where there is a niche with shelves for objects (to the left of the door) and a wardrobe for guests (on the right). Also on the right, closed by an invisible sliding door, a storage room has been placed, essential in every home: given its comfortable size, it has also become a place to put the washing machine. The living area is developed to the left of the entrance. The kitchen is partially hidden by a wall, on which a practical snack shelf is also installed. Kitchen and living become a unique space thanks to a glazed wall: when closed it allows to isolate the kitchen (even for a matter of order and smells of the kitchen) while letting light filter and therefore not going to lose in ambient brightness; from open it causes the two zones to merge together. Once opened, in fact, the panels that compose it are packed one on top of the other and are arranged close to the wall, with a minimum amount of space. The living room is generous and there is a large dining table and a peninsula sofa, conveniently located in front of a spacious TV / library wall.
As previously mentioned, the disengagement filters the sleeping area. In this area is the bathroom, which also serves the living area, two bedrooms for children (a larger one, which can accommodate both children until they are small) and the master bedroom. The latter is designed as a suite, with its own walk-in closet and private bathroom. In this room was placed a design bathtub, which furnishes the same bedroom because it is located near a window that connects the bedroom and bathroom area.
