This design proposal sought to meet the client's expectations in order to provide optimal spaces.
The first and smaller apartment is provided with a small kitchen integrated with a dining room and a living room. The TV was placed in the northern wall in order to avoid reflections from the western windows. The bedroom is located at the far end of the hallway, providing a cozy, private space for dwellers.
The second and larger apartment is designed in a way to provide a large and spacious living room with a sophisticated TV area and a cozy terrace, integrated into a kitchen and a dining room. The bedrooms are well separated from other parts and are more private. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The other bathroom is secured by the corridor wall in order to restrict the area from the living room.
