Hello dear customer, first of all I want to say that my team and I are happy that we had the opportunity to participate in this competition. As you can see, I have made a few different suggestions for your project that you can check with all the available cases, and finally I have introduced an option as my suggested idea. All documents are provided for the two main alternatives, and in addition to the documents for easier understanding of the proposed plan, this plan is also provided as a rendering of your service. From the suggestions that we had for the plan of both units, we presented the proposed option that we tried to suit you in three dimensions in order to create a better understanding of the design space for you, and we very much hope to get your complete satisfaction.
Larger unit plan 85 meters:
In designing this plan, we tried to review all the available answers and choose the best ones that meet your maximum needs. In all designs, special attention has been paid to having natural light in all spaces. We have provided two main plan models and two alternative plan models for this unit. One of the main designs has two bedrooms and a bathroom, and the other, which we are considering, has two bedrooms and also two bathrooms. For both plans, we have provided an alternative to the kitchen and part of the living room. We also have ideas for canopy design, which if you choose us as the first team, we will provide a full explanation. In the 85meter plan, you will be able to maintain a wall as well as save if you do not have a problem with making the room smaller by 30 cm.
Plan of smaller unit 65 meters:
For the plan of the smaller unit, we examined different ideas and considering the optimal cases and standard circulations as well as human ergonomics for choosing furniture, and we finally came to a single result. This is the best and most practical option without throwing even 1 cm.
The entrance area includes a bathroom, anteroom and etc. The living room includes a TV table and several shelves for books and decorative elements and etc. The wall on the side of the neighboring unit is a part that we have suggested, which is either a shelf or a console table and a shelf, and we have made the most of the existing conditions. By considering a row of cabinets and a small four-burner gas, a small sink, a refrigerator under the cabinet and a small and very attractive breakfast table, we have made the space more practical. If you can make the outside space smaller, you can make the bathroom more back and make the living space a little bigger. If our team are the first, we can also provide plans for this option.
