The design proposal seeks to make the best use of existing space, through a modern distribution, two fully functional apartments are generated with the necessary services for rent, either for long or short duration. Apartment 01 with an approximate area of 78m2 has a large living room, integrated open kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Apartment 02 with an approximate area of 53 m2, has a smaller living room integrated into a kitchenette, this space is the central area of the house minimizing areas that could be wasted in corridors, in this way even in a small area , two bedrooms could be developed, one double and one simple.
