A functional solution (duplex) was created that allows the house to be easily divided into two apartments in the future.
On the first floor there are the living rooms (active rooms), while on the ground floor there are nightly rooms (passive rooms).
Shortly to the sanitary core are the inner stairs, they can be made of a steel structure over which wooden pillars will be installed, and it can easily be removed in the future, when the house will be divided into two apartments.
The height of the building, according to this solution is 6.41m, if the floors are made of the same height(from slab to slab)
3.57m + 3.57m-0.73m (building an object) = 6.41m <6.60m
On the first floor (+ 2.84m), аre located :
1.living room
2.a kitchen and dinning room with terrace
3.two rooms (open solution) - we have an office in one room
- in the other reading room
4.On this floor two bathrooms have been resolved:
*One designed for the guests (ie for the users of the living room)
*The other is the purpose for the office and the reading room
-In the future:
-the living room and the kitchen with the dining room can stay in the same place.
- the office and the reading room will become a bedroom and a children's room in that case.
- the part of the removed stair case will be the connection of the rooms with the baths, where the two rooms will have their
own bathrooms.
On the ground floor (- 0.73m), are located :
1.two bedrooms
2.two children's rooms
3.with own bathrooms (4 bathrooms)
-In the future:
-In the place of one bedroom and one children's room, can be placed the living room and the dinning room in the same
position as on the first floor.
-The other two rooms can be kept in the same position, the rooms will have a bathrooms in the same position with the
bathrooms on the first floor.
