Il contest in oggetto richiedeva di dividere un appartamento di circa 200 mq. in due unità immobiliari, una più grande, per l'abitazione principale, l'altra più piccola un mono o bilocale, per affitti a breve termine.
La proposta presentata è quella che si ottiene cercando di ridurre al minimo gli interventi di demolizione e ricostruzione, ottimizzando così i costi di realizzazione.
Inoltre si è posta l'attenzione sulla richiesta di poter mantenere, per l'appartamento grande la pavimentazione del salone e delle camere.
Posto quanto detto, si è realizzato un appartamento grande di circa 165 mq.
All'ingresso si apre la zona giorno, con un ampio salone e separata visivamente da un setto e pannelli scorrevoli in vetro la cucina, con annesso il pranzo.
In prossimità della cucina una camera destinata a studio o camera ospiti ed un bagno.
In una zona più riservata, si è individuata la zona notte con altre due camere, la patronale e la singola, all'interno di ciascuna si è creato uno spazio da attrezzare a cabina armadio. Ad uso esclusivo delle camere un bagno completo, con vasca e doccia.
L'appartamento è stato dotato di ripostiglio e lavanderia con annesso wc .
Per quanto riguarda il bilocale, nell'idea di poter usufruire per ogni spazio di tutta la luce possibile si è pensato di inserire all'interno di un unico ambiente di circa 40 mq. un setto angolare, che consente la separazione delle zone senza realizzare una chiusura ermetica e mantenere così l'idea di continuità degli spazi oltre che di luminosità. Si sono creati due ambienti, la cucina pranzo con zona relax tivù da attrezzare con un divano letto e la camera con annesso servizio.

For the exclusive use of the rooms a full bathroom, with bath and shower.  The apartment has been equipped with storage room and laundry room with attached toilet. As for the two-room apartment, in the idea of ​​being able to take advantage of all the light possible for every space, it was decided to include within a single room of about 40 square meters. an angular partition, which allows the separation of the areas without creating an airtight seal and thus maintain the idea of ​​continuity of the spaces as well as brightness. Two rooms have been created, the dining kitchen with a TV relax area to be equipped with a sofa bed and the room with attached service.
