The apartment was designed such way so it can host as well students and families but the design was more student oriented. It was divided into two apartments , kitchen/ living being common rooms but each room has its privacy . The rooms are large enough to add more beds if necessary. The furniture was chosen such way so it can be a light and enjoyable environment but with low-price materials because renting can imply some damage so it is best to have this considered. The ceramic floor that resembles wood is a very nice design element and is easy to clean and can not be damaged so it will resist as the time passes with no need of replacements.
