I have worked on your apartment very closely, and I made space for:
- A master bedroom
- A kids bedroom

- A guest bedroom + Private Bathroom (that you could use or rent out)

SPACE: You enter the house to an open space with the beautiful terrace view. The kitchen is open as well as the living room. It's nice to feel like you have a large space, it's comforting and it gives you the impression like you're living in a luxurious loft.
The main bedrooms are right next to the living room, easy access.
I figured we could use the space to create a guest room so you can rent it out on AIR BNB, and in the case you prefer not to, you can still use it as a bedroom for your second daughter. That way each person will have her own bedroom and own privacy, as they are growing up. If you also prefer not to, you can use the space as a walk-in closet.

MATERIALS: The materials are used to create a warm, comfortable interior. Wood flooring, ceramic and porcelain.
I thought of giving the terrace a special treatment, adding the porcelain patchwork tiles. They give a bit of color and elegance to the whole house, overlooking the green space you mentioned in the description. These tiles can also be implemented on the kitchen wall,it would change the whole atmosphere. You will be able to see it from all the bedrooms, and especially the main spaces: Living room and Terrace. It would also look beautiful in the pictures if you want to rent out the guestroom.

FURNITURE: I picked warm pieces from IKEA that are affordable, convenient and everlasting. I advice you to use colors (accessories) that go with oak; copper is really trending right now for example. Also, beige, greige, light pink, touches of black, etc.

Ho lavorato sul vostro appartamento molto da vicino, e ho fatto spazio per:
- Una camera da letto matrimoniale
- Camera dei bambini
- Bagno collega le 2 camere di cui
- Una camera per ospiti + bagno privato (che si potrebbe usare o affittare)
- Soggiorno
- Una cucina
- Un terrazzo

SPAZIO: Si entra nella casa di uno spazio aperto con la splendida vista terrazza. La cucina è aperta e soggiorno. E 'bello sentire come si dispone di un grande spazio, è confortante e ti dà l'impressione di come si sta vivendo in un loft di lusso.
Le camere da letto principali sono proprio accanto al soggiorno, un facile accesso.
Ho pensato che potremmo usare lo spazio per creare una stanza in modo da poter noleggiare fuori su AIR BNB, e nel caso si preferisce non, è comunque possibile utilizzare come una camera da letto per la seconda figlia. In questo modo ogni persona avrà la sua camera da letto e privacy, in quanto stanno crescendo. Se si preferisce anche di non farlo, è possibile utilizzare lo spazio come una cabina armadio.

MATERIALI: I materiali sono usati per creare un ambiente caldo, interni confortevoli. Pavimenti in legno, ceramica e porcellana.
Ho pensato di dare al terrazzo di un trattamento speciale, aggiungendo le piastrelle in gres porcellanato patchwork. Essi danno un po 'di colore ed eleganza a tutta la casa, che si affaccia lo spazio verde che hai menzionato nella descrizione. Queste piastrelle possono essere implementate anche sulla parete della cucina, cambierebbe tutta l'atmosfera. Sarete in grado di vedere da tutte le camere da letto, e soprattutto gli spazi principali: soggiorno e terrazza. Sarebbe anche bello sguardo nelle immagini, se si vuole affittare la camera.

MOBILI: Ho preso pezzi caldo da IKEA che sono accessibili, conveniente ed eterna. Vi consiglio di utilizzare i colori (accessori) che vanno con la quercia; il rame è davvero trend in questo momento per esempio. Inoltre, beige, greige, rosa chiaro, tocchi di nero, etc.
