Il progetto valuta e si propone di rendere l’appartamento ottimizzando gli spazi, con la suddivisione degli spazi e la disposizione dei nuovi arredi.
L’ingresso invita direttamente ad entrare nella zona living, mentre sulla sinistra è stato collocato il ripostiglio creando una porta filo muro a specchio per nascondere lo stesso. Per accedere alla stanza matrimoniale si è creato un disimpegno per evitare l’accesso al bagno direttamente dal soggiorno-cucina.

In cucina è stato inserito un frigo stand alone , una cucina componibile e un tavolo in legno grezzo di fronte la finestra. Nella stanza delle bimbe è stato inserito un letto a castello e due scrivanie.
L’illuminazione artificiale nel living è creata con dei faretti incassati sulla parete attrezzata in modo da distribuire la luce in maniera uniforme, sotto i pensili con delle strisce a led e sul tavolo con un lampadario Ikea di puro riferimento.
Gli arredi sono stati scelti fra quelli di uso commerciale di buon design e buona qualità. Vanno presi di riferimento come base di partenza per sua migliore o diversa scelta. Il pavimento scelto è parquet molto chiaro tranne per il bagno dove è stata scelta una ceramica grigia .


The project evaluates and aims to make the apartment optimizing space, the division of space and the arrangement of new furnishings.
The incoming calls directly to enter the living area, while the left has been placed on creating a wire closet door wall mirror to hide the same. To enter the double room you have created a corridor to prevent access to the bathroom directly from the living room-kitchen.

In the kitchen a stand alone refrigerator was included, a fitted kitchen, and a crude wooden table in front of the window. In the girls room a bunk bed has been added and two desks.
Artificial lighting in the living room is created with spot lights on the wall system to distribute the light evenly, under the wall units with the LED strips and on the table with a bare reference Ikea chandelier.
The furnishings have been chosen from the commercial use of good design and good quality. Reference should be taken as a starting point for its better or different choice. The chosen floor is very light parquet except for the bathroom which was chosen a gray ceramic.
