Il progetto prevede di inglobare la porzione di rustico esistente e di trasformarlo in una camera singola.
Secondo le vostre indicazioni ho sviluppato il resto della casa sull’area di galleggiamento da voi suggerita organizzandola attorno ad un patio scoperto posto al centro. Sullo stesso asse centrale, verso sud, si trova la veranda coperta con una struttura in legno e lastre di vetro stratificato in modo che lo spazio esterno mantenga la sua luminosità nonostante la copertura.
La zona giorno è circondata da un porticato che protegge le pareti perimetrali dai raggi solari. Il tetto è in legno con travi a vista all’interno dei locali.
Entrando sulla sinistra è stata ricavata la zona pranzo con l’area cucina caratterizzata da un’isola con zona colazione mentre a destra troviamo la zona soggiorno con divani, poltroncine e zona tv.
La camera matrimoniale, posta sul lato nord, è molto ampia, con cabina armadio e bagno dedicato; anche la camera matrimoniale è affacciata sul patio centrale.
Completano il volume abitato la seconda camera singola (lato est, tra rustico esistente e zona giorno) e l’autorimessa (lato nord-ovest) integrata nel volume architettonico evitando così di ricavare costosi livelli interrati.

The project provides to incorporate the portion of existing annex and to transform it in a bedroom.
According to your indications I developed the rest of the house on the flotation area that you suggest.
I organized the house all around the uncovered patio, placed in the middle. On the same central axis, towards south, I inserted the porch, covered with a wodden frames and stratified glass sheets so that the outdoor area can keep its brightness even if it's covered. The living area is surronded by a colonnade that protects the perimeter walls from sunlights.
The roof is made of wood with beams that you can see from the indoor rooms. Entering on the left I extracted a cooking area and a kitchen island with a breakfast area; on the right side I placed the living area with sofas, armchairs and tv.
The master bedroom, placed on the north side, is very wide, with walk in closet and private bathroom; also this bedroom overlooks the patio.
The second bedroom (on the east side, between the existing annex and the living area) and the garage (on the north-west side) complete the cubage.
The garage is integrated in the architectural design on the same level of the house so that you can avoid an expensive basement level.
