I offer you a proposal for the Interior design and plans of the Villa House (COTTAGE HOUSE) .
We have been working on designing your villa, which consists of one floor in addition to a spacious garden around it:
- An area of 75 square meters was added to the area of your house as required to be used to create an open living and dining area, a separate side entrance, and a relaxation and reading area.
- A kitchen was created on the right side of the added house to be used as a kitchen, open to the back corridor and can also be closed when needed with a wooden partition.
- A small storage space was created that opens to the outside to be used for storing kitchen needs and other supplies.
- Four steps were established at each entrance and exit because the house is slightly higher than the outside.
- In the living area, the living area was lowered by one degree from the front of the house to give a feeling of height within the area in relation to the height of the ceiling.
- To the right of the main entrance, we find a space designated for a garage covered by a shed that allows two cars to be located in it.
- The house consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with its own bathroom and a separate terrace, and the other is a single bedroom, with a space for studying or working from home, in addition to another bathroom that serves the rest of the house.
- The house is made of stone and rock brick mixed with wood, with a space for a swimming pool and a relaxation area outside, which we access through the added wooden block designated for living, as shown in the landscape design and the general location.
