Dear client
I have worked out FIVE options X,Y,Z,L &T.As per my understanding our project building have load bearing and thick wall therefore i have not change any location of wall and have worked out all the option by CLOSING THE DOORS in each layouts .Reconstruction in only three room no( 5 & 10 and in staircase that leads to second floor roof).Option -L have loft in apartment B.According to me ,we dn't have much height therefore loft can only be made in room-7 .Every option have two apartment except for the option-T, it has THREE apartment .
Highlights for each plan are as follows :-
OPTION X- Apartment-A have bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Apartment-B have 3 bedroom 3 bathrooms(2 attached to bedrooms,1 common toilet/powder room ) , 1 closet for
master bedroom
OPTION Y-Apartment-A have bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Apartment-B have 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms(1 attached to bedrooms,1 common toilet/powder room ) , 1 closet for
master bedroom and a laundry room
option Y is almost same as option X but only few changes in room 3 and room 4(just compare room 3 & 4 for the differences
OPTION Z-Apartment-B have bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Apartment-A have 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms(1 attached to bedrooms,1 common toilet/powder room ) , 1 closet for
master bedroom and a laundry room
There is No Demolition In Option-Z
OPTION L-Its option -X with a loft in room no-7 and small change in room no-3
OPTION T -Its option WITH THREE APARTMENT. I know it wasn't the requirement but still i felt that layout can be more
effective.out of three , two apartment have, two bathrooms apart from bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living
room.
GOOD LUCK FOR YOUR PROJECT
