The House was thought as to be as compact as possible having every space clearly integrated. The main area resides on 2 levels, having the opportunity to create an actual bigger living room with 2 separated entities using therefore the slope of the roof(for the future/ upstairs could be the kids playing area/ until then it could host a home office etc) Although it is small the space seems large given the height of the house keeping it in the required 600 mc/ 630 mc with garage. The yard can be designed in many ways while the design of the house remains minimalistic and cottage-like. The advantage of keeping the house compact has its upsides: financially- not requiring extra foundations for extra rooms and additional finnishings. The parking spaces are therefore close to the entrance thus making grocery carriage more efficient ( in comparison of having the garages near the road). Additionally the perspective of the house is kept clean and minimal without extra smaller units that usually look cheap and added-on. Making a separate storage house and a garage house would use a lot of space and thus spaces won't be furnished to the same level of the house - and if they are, they usually cost a lot more/sqm given the small surface. Given the exact regulations of the area the house could suffer more extension, as now it is calculated with the covered spaces at the entrance and back yard / if the open spaces that are more than a certain height are not considered the actual size of the house could be improved at the ground floor level with nearly 20 %. The design is simple and minimalistic with wooden accents, corrugated sheet cover and stone accents. The main facade could be improved by adding facade lights and plants arrangements to make it look more like a den/ moos would be an idea for the northern side. The absence of windows on the northern facade keeps the house efficient trough winter while the large roof area could host solar panels. In addtion the roof window can benefit from metallic shutters, the same color as the roof.
