We tried to use linear and simple volumes to design your house.
Due to construction constraints, we designed the house on one floor to add stair space to the house.
Instead of a closed area, we designed the parking lot in the form of a parking lot with a movable roof.
We designed the car park so that the cars could not be seen from the house.
According to your need to place the living room and terrace on the south side of the house, we placed the front door of the house in the middle of the house so that you have good access to the private and public part of the house and also guests to enter the house do not enter the private house.
We made the path from the yard to the door of the house beautiful with landscaping.
We provided a second door to the entrance from the parking lot to the kitchen.
We designed the house with two different volumes, one as a private part of the house (bedroom, bathroom, etc.) and the other as a public part (living room, dining room, kitchen).
We considered the roof of the private part to be flat from the inside and the roof of the public part to be sloping from the inside with a high height.
We designed the guest bathroom in a part that has good access to the reception and put a washing machine cupboard in it.
We considered two bedrooms, one with a dressing room.
We have a study room with a folding wall bed for the guests.
