We designed more than 30 different models for your project, and because we considered all your suggestions and requests, some of the plans that did not fully match your conditions were removed at different stages, and finally 15 fully functional plans in the form of 3- and 4-bedroom plans. And we designed the yard in details with plenty of renders. All external walls have been considered thirty-five centimetres to maintain the thermal insulation of the building and prevent energy loss in different seasons of the year. All rooms have wardrobes. We tried to design the plans in a fully functional way with the best access by exploiting every centimetre of space. The rooms have an entrance filter. A space was designed as a laundry space (utility room) in all plans. We try to use the space to the maximum and the plans are designed without any extraneous space. All spaces have excellent lighting. And finally, for a better understanding, we tried to display the feeling of different spaces in the form of pictures next to each space, which can be completely changed depending on your personal taste.

Alternative No. 8 has been designed with maximum compatibility with your existing plan. It is actually the same plan as yours with a few changes to make it better.
Alternative No. 9 is inspired by Alternative No. 3 and changing the direction of the entrance and as a result the changes in the kitchen.
Alternative number 10 is the same as alternative number one, except that the kitchen and living room have been changed.
Alternative No. 11 is similar to Alternative No. 3 and 9 with a slight shift in the arrangement of spaces.
Alternative No. 11 is similar to Alternative No. 1, but it has a larger seating area, but the View Master has changed from the sea side to the yard side.
All alternatives 1 to 4 and 9 to 12 have four bedrooms and alternatives 5 to 8 and 13 to 15 are all three bedrooms.
In the design of the yard plan, we considered the location of the existing tree and designed the yard considering the garden and the tree in the center of the yard.
