Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!
Come richiesto, il soggiorno è stato integrato con la sala da pranzo e la cucina, rendendo l'ambiente molto più spazioso e ben illuminato. Inoltre, tutti i mobili sono stati disposti con vista sul mare, per sfruttare la posizione della casa.
Tutte le decorazioni sono state realizzate con toni neutri e finiture in legno, che rendono l'ambiente più sofisticato e invitante.
Il bagno sociale è integrato con la lavanderia, in modo da ottimizzare lo spazio e posizionare questo bagno vicino alla zona sociale della casa (soggiorno/sala da pranzo). L'armadio si trova dietro una porta scorrevole nel corridoio, in modo da non dare nell'occhio e garantire una maggiore privacy.
Ci sono 3 camere da letto semplici ma molto ben progettate e utilizzate. Sono spaziose e ben illuminate, 2 con letti singoli e una con un grande e accogliente letto matrimoniale. La suite padronale è composta da una camera da letto molto spaziosa e da un bagno privato molto ben progettato e utilizzato.
Come ho detto all'inizio, è stata una sfida fantastica progettare questa casa, potete essere certi che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per servirvi al meglio. Hello dear client, how are you? I would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It was an excellent challenge, always taking into account your requests and needs. I was very happy with the final result and hope you like it too!
As requested, the living room was integrated with the dining room and kitchen, making the room much more spacious and well lit. In addition, all the furniture was arranged with a view of the sea, to take advantage of the location of the house.
All decorations have been done with neutral tones and wood finishes, making the environment more sophisticated and inviting.
The social bathroom is integrated with the laundry room, so as to optimize space and place this bathroom close to the social area of the house (living/dining room). The closet is located behind a sliding door in the hallway, so as to be inconspicuous and provide more privacy.
There are 3 simple but very well designed and used bedrooms. They are spacious and well lit, 2 with single beds and one with a large, cozy double bed. The master suite consists of a very spacious bedroom and a very well designed and used private bathroom.
As I said at the beginning, it was a fantastic challenge to design this house, you can be sure that every detail was thought out to serve you well.
