In base alle richieste effettuate si è fatta un’analisi sugli interventi da proporre senza andare ad apportare eccesive modifiche ma orientandole agli aspetti funzionali e quindi pratici per un buon vivere all’interno dell’abitazione. A partire dalla zona d’ingresso si è studiato un sistema contenitivo di armadiature a scomparsa che termina con la porta scorrevole dalla quale si accede alla cucina; inoltre anche nel disimpegno notte come nelle camere trovano spazio ampie zone dedicate agli armadi. La zona giorno ospita un comodo divano con mobile tv, poltrona di design girevole e sala da pranzo oltre ai classici mobili di servizio; quest’area viene ampliata rendendo sfruttabile anche il terrazzo a loggia dove trova spazio una libreria con lounge chair così da potersi dedicare alla lettura. La cucina abitabile dispone ora di un grande locale dispensa-lavanderia mentre il bagno giorno di servizio viene spostato subito all’inizio del disimpegno notte così da sfruttare gli scarichi del bagno padronale situato in adiacenza. Lo studio con funzione di camera degli ospiti è stato studiato per essere un ambiente molto lineare con possibilità di avere un comodo divano letto oltre ad una grande scrivania e senza rinunciare ai confort offerti da questa luminosissima stanza. Inoltre le camere sono state leggermente rivisitate per ospitare al centro il grande bagno con vasca. Come richiesto sono stati inoltre re-inseriti i principali pezzi d’arredo già in vostro possesso così da cercare di abbinarli in maniera armoniosa ai nuovi arredi riportati nelle tavole allegate.

Based on the requests made, an analysis was carried out on the interventions to be proposed without making excessive changes but orienting them towards the functional and therefore practical aspects for a good life inside the home. Starting from the entrance area, a storage system of concealed wardrobes was designed which ends with the sliding door which leads to the kitchen; Furthermore, in the hallway at night as well as in the bedrooms there are large areas dedicated to wardrobes. The living area houses a comfortable sofa with TV cabinet, swivel designer armchair and dining room as well as the classic service furniture; this area is expanded, making the loggia terrace usable as well, where there is space for a bookcase with lounge chair so you can dedicate yourself to reading. The eat-in kitchen now has a large pantry-laundry room while the day bathroom is moved immediately to the beginning of the night hallway so as to take advantage of the drains from the master bathroom located nearby. The study which functions as a guest room has been designed to be a very linear environment with the possibility of having a comfortable sofa bed as well as a large desk and without giving up the comforts offered by this very bright room. Furthermore, the rooms have been slightly revisited to accommodate the large bathroom with tub in the centre. As requested, the main pieces of furniture already in your possession have been re-inserted so as to try to combine them harmoniously with the new furnishings shown in the attached tables.
