Subject: illustrative report of the project The proposal of this project has the aim to determine the internal functionality of a living space subdivided on two distinct bodies. Starting from this peculiarity, the right side of the house has been used as nightly zone while the left one as daily zone. As regards to the general description, suggested by the consumer, some following changes, due to the made conditions of the property, have been brought: -The presence of some flues, or something else, into that space, has determined a cut of some not regular rooms; - Into the nightly zone, because of those hindrances and for a better distributive functionality, three rooms (one for master’s and two individuals) and a bathroom with basin have been included, planned for requirements of a traditional family of four people; - If necessary, the other individual room, on the right side, could be added to the master’s one or reorganized as a dressing-room; - Next to the external terrace, in the southern left side, as daily zone, it has been arranged a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, a laundry with shower and toilet for guests; - It has been thought, for external spaces, a locking of a part of the terrace with a wood construction shaded with frames, to be removed in Winter; - in this proposal, it has been included a table containing the distribution of the internal counter-ceilings; - it has been included anything else since the distribution of furniture allows the consumer to choose internal solutions nearer to his taste.
