The following project contemplates the proposed requirements.
The coverings were inspired by the proposed references, using light colors and wood.
A lowering was done in the ceiling in the office to have lighting coming from the terrace (thus illuminating the windowless part of the first floor).
In the stairwell the space was used for a bookstore and a reading sofa.
On the second floor, the living spaces (such as the terrace and the living room) and the kitchen with the laundry were designed.
