dopo aver valutato le sue necessità, ed aver studiato i vari spazi, ho spostato la cucina nella stanza da lei desiderata, con il tavolo da pranzo nella stessa stanza. Il tavolo da pranzo, sarà allungabile così da poter ospitare qualcuno. Il salotto si trova nella stanza con vista panoramica. Nella stanza è posizionato un divano/letto matrimoniale per ospitare altre due persone, come da lei richiesto. I bagni sono due ed in uno di essi c’è la vasca angolare, posta sotto la finestra. Ho creato lo spazio della cameretta in cui ho già posto lo spazio per il gioco, ma se lei preferisce due letti singoli, basterà ridurre lo spazio gioco ed inserire un nuovo letto singolo. Nella camera matrimoniale, ho deciso di dividere lo spazio in due così da poter inserire la scrivania per uno studio, come sua necessità di smart working. La lavatrice sarà posta esternamente, sotto la veranda. Come da lei richiesto l’arredo è preso da Ikea, Maison du Monde e Leroy Merlin. I colori richiamano quelli della terra, un mix di moderno ed un po’ di vintage con tonalità legnose che creano calore.

After evaluating your needs and studying various spacing, I moved the kitchen to the room desired by you, with the dining table in the same room. The dining table, will be extendable so it can host someone. The living-room will be placed in the room with the panoramic view. Inside the room there is a double sofa-bed to accommodate two more people, as your request. The bathrooms are two and in one of these there’s a corner bathtub, placed under the window. I create the space in the room where I placed a play space, but if you prefer two single beds, just reduce the play space and add another single bed. In the double room, I decided to split the space in two so you can add a study desk, as your needs for the smart working. The washing machine it will be outside under the veranda. As you request the furniture is taken from Ikea, Maison du Monde and Leroy Merlin. Colours recall the Earth ones, a mix of modern style and a bit of vintage one with wooden tonality which creates warmth.
