La “personalizzazione” della nuova configurazione si adegua al contesto e, rispondendo alle richieste, accentua e meglio definisce le caratteristiche positive più o meno evidenti. Una di queste è sicuramente lo scorcio di panorama visibile verso ovest.

Soluzione 1 - Per goderne appieno e per la maggior parte della giornata, il progetto prevede che la zona giorno occupi tutta la parte dell’appartamento che meglio ne fruisce. Dal patio-giardino l’ingresso immette direttamente in quest’area funzionalmente divisa in una zona living, dedicata alla conversazione e all’intrattenimento con il divano strategicamente posizionato in favore del panorama, una zona libera intermedia e, come fondale, la cucina “open space” separata idealmente dal grande tavolo posizionato, anch’esso, in modo che i commensali possano godere della vista panoramica attraverso la finestra che quasi ne occupa il posto di capotavola. La zona intermedia si dilata verso l’interno creando un’area dedicata ad una delle work-station espressamente richieste dalla committenza (la seconda è nella camera da letto padronale). Da un angolo di questa “nicchia”, caratterizzata da una libreria a tutta altezza continua sui tre lati, si apre il passaggio verso il disimpegno della zona notte attraverso il quale si accede al bagno comune e alle due camere da letto. Entrambe le camere si affacciano verso sud sul patio-giardino ricevendo la luce diretta del sole (al netto della situazione al contorno) nella tarda mattinata quando l’aggetto della copertura riesce a schermare i caldi raggi estivi. Per il resto della giornata resteranno in ombra e quindi fresche quando verranno usate per la notte. La camera da letto padronale è fornita di una cabina armadio e del secondo bagno ad uso esclusivo. I due bagni, completi di tutti gli accessori, hanno un’ampia doccia (70x100 e 70x110).
Per esaltare la vista dal soggiorno l’infisso della grande apertura esistente viene sostituito con uno a due ante, una fissa e l’altra scorrevole; Nel vano della porta di ingresso, rimodulando le dimensioni dell’anta, si inserisce un’asola vetrata che permette di traguardare il patio; infine la porta-finestra dell’attuale cucina viene trasformata in finestra per dare la possibilità di sistemare al meglio i due letti singoli della seconda camera.

Soluzione 2 - Le premesse fatte per la prima soluzione rimangono valide anche per la seconda. In questa, la zona giorno condivide la godibilità del panorama con la camera da letto padronale, infatti quest’ultima viene posizionata, come il soggiorno, sul lato ovest dell’appartamento. Dal patio-giardino l’ingresso immette nella zona living che si allarga verso l’interno nella superficie attualmente occupata dalla cucina. Funzionalmente rimane cucina ma spazialmente e visivamente costituisce un unico ambiente (open space) idealmente separato dal grande tavolo dal quale è possibile godere della vista sia del panorama che del patio-giardino direttamente collegato dalla porta-finestra esistente con la quale risulta più immediato il collegamento con l’area pranzo all’aperto. Dal lato del soggiorno e di spalle alla nicchia della colonna forno una piccola libreria e un tavolino costituiscono una delle work-station richieste. Nelle immediate vicinanze una porta scorrevole a scomparsa del tipo filo muro consente l’accesso alla camera da letto padronale fornita di cabina armadio, bagno ad uso esclusivo e la seconda work-station. La posizione del letto matrimoniale permette di traguardare il panorama attraverso la finestra che vi sta di fronte (evidentemente la “quantità” di panorama visibile sarebbe maggiore nell’ipotesi di poter trasformare la finestra in porta-finestra).
Al disimpegno che serve il bagno comune e l’altra camera da letto si può accedere direttamente dal soggiorno o dall’angolo cottura. Anche in questa soluzione entrambi i bagni, completi di tutti gli accessori, hanno un’ampia doccia (85x120 e 70x150).

Solution 1 - To fully enjoy it and for most of the day, the project provides for the living area to occupy the entire part of the apartment that benefits best. From the patio-garden the entrance leads directly into this area functionally divided into a living area, dedicated to conversation and entertainment with the sofa strategically positioned in favor of the view, an intermediate free area and, as a backdrop, the "open kitchen" space ”ideally separated from the large table positioned, also, so that diners can enjoy the panoramic view through the window that almost occupies the place of the head of the table. The intermediate area expands inwards, creating an area dedicated to one of the work-stations expressly requested by the client (the second is in the master bedroom). From a corner of this "niche", characterized by a continuous full-height bookcase on three sides, opens the passage towards the hallway of the sleeping area through which you access the shared bathroom and the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms face south on the patio-garden, receiving direct sunlight (net of the surrounding situation) in the late morning when the overhang of the roof is able to screen out the hot summer rays. For the rest of the day they will remain in the shade and therefore cool when used for the night. The master bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet and a second bathroom for exclusive use. The two bathrooms, complete with all accessories, have a large shower (70x100 and 70x110).
To enhance the view from the living room, the frame of the large existing opening is replaced with one with two doors, one fixed and the other sliding; In the opening of the entrance door, by reshaping the dimensions of the door, a glass slot is inserted that allows you to see the patio; finally, the French door of the current kitchen is transformed into a window to give the possibility of arranging the two single beds in the second bedroom in the best possible way.

Solution 2 - The premises made for the first solution remain valid also for the second. In this, the living area shares the enjoyment of the view with the master bedroom, in fact the latter is positioned, like the living room, on the west side of the apartment. From the patio-garden, the entrance leads into the living area which extends inwards into the area currently occupied by the kitchen. Functionally it remains the kitchen but spatially and visually it constitutes a single environment (open space) ideally separated from the large table from which it is possible to enjoy the view of both the panorama and the patio-garden directly connected by the existing French door with which the connection is more immediate. with the outdoor dining area. On the side of the living room and behind the niche of the oven column, a small bookcase and a little table constitute one of the required work-stations. In the immediate vicinity, a retractable sliding door of the flush-to-wall type allows access to the master bedroom equipped with a walk-in closet, bathroom for exclusive use and the second work-station. The position of the double bed allows you to view the view through the window in front of it (evidently the "quantity" of visible panorama would be greater in the hypothesis of being able to transform the window into a French door).
The hallway that serves the common bathroom and the other bedroom can be accessed directly from the living room or from the kitchenette. Also in this solution both bathrooms, complete with all accessories, have a large shower (85x120 and 70x150).
