I offer you a proposal for the Interior design and plans of the Villa Apartment (Portaccio House) .
Your project has been redesigned, as the building of the current building was demolished and rebuilt in a way that suits the design requirements, as the following was achieved:
The current building was rebuilt and moved to the middle of the plot of land, leaving space above to create the required swimming pool, while also changing the shape of the building. So that the internal height of the building ranges between 3.5 and 5 meters, and about 160 square meters in total were created.
- The villa consists of 3 bedrooms with a swimming pool. Villa with a large open space and an open kitchen. With an internal courtyard connected to the pool area via two doors forming a balcony, large windows, and lighting, but also achieving the necessary privacy.
A master bedroom was created containing an en suite bathroom and a changing area with a separate entrance, another room for children containing two single beds, another bathroom to serve the area, and a laundry room near them, separating this area from the living area as it is located on the other side of the villa (building).
- In the living area, we enter it through the courtyard in the middle, and this leads to two spaces, the living space and the television, and on the other side, the dining table area is connected to the open kitchen.
- There is also a corridor in the area that leads to the guest room, opposite which is a private bathroom for guests with a side shower.
A separate entrance was obtained leading to the main courtyard in the middle.
A covered balcony (pergola) was obtained in the west, connected to the living area and the guest room. Dinner can be had with friends during sunset in front of the pool area, with an outdoor kitchen, with oven and barbecue.
On the left side of the F, we find stairs leading to the basement, where the house was developed on one level, with a lower area for a small bar, utility rooms, a laundry, and a children’s play area.
