The idea was to create something not touching the water pipes to make minimal costs. The bathroom as requested is untouched and the kitchen was left in the current space using the current water pipes.
The layout has the perfect space for an open concept living area. The extra bedroom is really spacious and can be used as a guest room or a studio. To rearrange the bedroom, the new design took the wardrobe in the upper part of the room, creating a beautiful space for a master bed and a working space. The entrance has an open view to the dinning area, which makes the apartment more elegant and clean!
