The plan is divided into two parts (public and private), with two separate entrances.
The private part of plan is the same in both plans. But for the public part, two different layouts have been proposed.
Alt 1:
For more convenience, the toilet and kitchen are provided near the entrance. In addition to the 3 main spaces (including: living room, kitchen and dining room), you can also have a small sitting area with a simple layout. We have proposed a library with two sofas, which can be different according to your interests: such as a game table or a musical instrument such as a piano or so on.
Alt 2:
The location of the kitchen and bathroom is the same as the other plan. But the kitchen is bigger. The living room is in the south of the plan, with large windows that can provide good brightness for this space. The dining room is closer to the kitchen, in addition to a large counter that can be used both as a breakfast table and as a table for larger parties, besides the dining table.
