Secondo le vostre esigenze, (aumentare le dimensioni della 3a camera da letto),
Abbiamo fatto la nostra proposta, (ci siamo consultati con un ingegnere civile per la fattibilità di questo scopo e valutazione tecnica)
➡️ Abbiamo soddisfatto con successo i requisiti come segue -
1) 3 camere da letto +15m2
2) camera matrimoniale con bagno separato e ripostiglio
3) ristrutturazione della zona giorno con colori vivaci
4) soggiorno con cucina a vista con isola
5) sala da pranzo separata con porta a vetri oppure può essere resa un ambiente unico con soggiorno (utilizzando la colonna centrale)
6) ristrutturazione di cucina, bagno e zona notte.
7) un bagno principale e una zona lavanderia separata.
➡️ Soluzione principale al problema: abbiamo soggiorno con cucina a vista su direzione SW come specificato dal cliente, la colonna centrale è utilizzata come divisione tra soggiorno e zona pranzo.
I due ingressi sono stati mantenuti su richiesta del cliente, tutta la zona notte ha l'armadio e un tavolo da studio e nella camera matrimoniale una specchiera + una cabina armadio + piccolo bagno.

Thanks for uploading the contest.
As per your requirement, ( increase the 3rd bedroom size),
We have made our proposal,( we have consulted to a civil engineer for viability of this purposal and technical evaluation)
➡️ We have successfully satisfy the requirements as follows -
1) 3 bedroom size +15m2
2) master bedroom with separate bathroom and closet
3) renovation of living area with bright colours
4) living with open kitchen with a island
5) dining room separated with glass door or can be made a unique environment with living ( using the centre column)
6) renovation of kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area.
7) a main bathroom and a separate laundry area.
➡️ Main solution to the problem : we have living room with open kitchen on SW direction as specified by client ,the centre column is Used as a division between living and dining area.
The two entrances were kept on the client requests, all the sleeping area has the wardrobe and a study table and in master bedroom a dressing table + a walk-in closet + small bathroom.
To best support our solutions we have provided the 3d renders of these areas.
