The proposal is based on a zoning of three components: Hall; Bedrooms and services, an oblique line organizes the sequence of these spaces, placing a closet through it and ends with a vestibule for access to the bedrooms. The bathrooms have been located in the area opposite the windows and balconies, and to solve the hydraulic and sanitary services, a false floor has been arranged below them and continued to bedroom 3 to be able to have the connection to the pipe that runs in the indicated niche.
