The presented project is based on two important concepts. Have a living / dining room with a regular rectangular geometry, which has the possibility of communicating directly with the kitchen and opening to the entrance hall through the introduction of folding panels expanding the living space. On the other hand, there is a clear and direct link between the living area and the most private area of ​​the house, creating more spacious rooms, with more storage and better articulated with the sanitary facilities. Considering the original location of the rooms and sanitary facilities, it made sense to make a suite with a closet making this room the main house. The remaining rooms have a configuration that can be adapted according to the needs of the apartment's inhabitants.
