The apartment remodeling proposal is mainly based on generating a large space by joining the living room, dining room and kitchen area. The kitchen is open, which gives it a prominence within the apartment. I designed a small half bath with a sink and toilet, this way visitors will not use the main bathroom. The main room is now bigger as is the children's room.
The entire floor is ceramic, but imitation wood, this will give a feeling of warmth and freshness.
The bathrooms will have a white marble floor.
The laundry space is accessed through the balcony, but if the client prefers, this space can also be used to store things and place the hidden washing machine in the counter that separates the kitchen from the dining room.
If the client considers it, some of the furniture such as the dining table and the wooden cabinet with glass that are in the room can be restored.
The double bed will be painted white.
