Il progetto vuole rispondere alle richieste del cliente, tenendo conto delle impostazioni non modificabili (solai, scala, aperture) e della necessità di contenere i costi.
Gli spazi si dividono al piano terra in un grande open space e la zona servizi. Il primo è dedicato al soggiorno e alla sala pranzo, in cui si ha il passaggio per il piano superiore tramite una scala in legno, omogenea alla pavimentazione in legno chiaro. La seconda invece contiene cucina, antibagno, bagno minimo e ingresso: queste aree sono definite non solo da pareti ma anche dall'arredamento e dall'illuminazione, di cui nelle tavole dedicate sono date alcune indicazioni di riferimento.
Al piano superiore si crea una grande stanza matrimoniale nel locale a destra dell'arrivo della scala e la seconda stanza di fronte. Il resto dello spazio è diviso tra un disimpegno attrezzato con mobili e apertura sulla zona giorno del piano inferiore perchè sia vissuto e non solo di passaggio e il bagno completo di tutti i sanitari.
Si suggerisce anche una finestra in copertura ad illuminare il disimpegno del piano primo per migliorare ancora di più la vivibilità di questo spazio aggiuntivo.
La scelta nello stile dell'arredamento è andata su uno stile semplice e neutro, possibilmente trasformabile o declinabile secondo il gusto del cliente nei colori e materiali. La predominanza indicata dei toni è la combinazione come da tavola colori di verde-rosso-blu.

The project wants to respond to the customer's requests, taking into account the non-modifiable settings (floors, stairs, openings) and the need to contain costs.
The spaces are divided on the ground floor into a large open space and the services area. The first is dedicated to the living room and the dining room, where there is the passage to the upper floor through a wooden staircase, homogeneous to the light wood flooring. The second one contains kitchen, dressing room, minimal bathroom and entrance: these areas are defined not only by walls but also by furniture and lighting, of which in the dedicated tables are given some reference indications.
On the upper floor there is a large double room in the room to the right of the staircase and the second room in front. The rest of the space is divided between a hallway equipped with furniture and opening onto the living area of the lower floor so that it is lived and not just passing through and the bathroom is complete with all the bathroom fixtures.
We also suggest a window on the roof to illuminate the disengagement of the first floor to further improve the livability of this additional space.
The choice in furnishing style went on a simple and neutral style, possibly transformable or declinable according to the customer's taste in colors and materials. The indicated predominance of the tones is the combination as for table colors of green-red-blue.
