I've just thought that is maybe very good idea to have some small home gym in the house, you'll never know when next "lockdown" come.
Regarding the lights, suspended ceiling spot lights are good idea, as you already said you want it, as your space is not too much, so any kind of big aggressive lighting source will make troubles.
I just added these small pendant lightings, to have some accent on the dinner table and make smooth evening mood, I hope you like it.
Bed is 160x200, you can change it for 200x200 whenever you want but I think that this one will fit your needs perfectly.
Kitchen is not too big, but it has all needed parts, however dinning table could be used as working top, regularly.
