In my proposal you will find a spacious walk-in-closet, a master bedroom, a bathroom with laundry area, a living room and a kitchen. I had as a priority to fulfill everything you asked for in the messages you responded.
Living/Kitchen.
The living room and the kitchen are a same space, where the people who cook can interact with the rest of the guests, plus has access to the balcony. In this space a false ceiling would be used to install lights and lamps, also the false ceiling will give a cozy touch to this part of the apartment. There are different materials, such as granite and wood. The bioethanol fireplace is covered with granite. It has a library where you can place books and ornaments if you like.
Bath.
The bathroom has a shower, a bidet, a toilet and two sinks, plus space for a washer/dryer.
Room.
The room is spacious, has a large walk-in closet, TV, armchair and a small table.
