Hii, I love the potential of the house! The proposal suggests a continuous and clear space between the kitchen and the living room. A shelving divides the area without creating a partition, because you can see the leaving throughout it but the privacy is maintained. White and grey colours are used in contrast with the oak floor creating warm, clear and modern spaces.

The leaving is dominated by a 4 places chaise longue, with two centre tables and a big pouf. Back wall Is used to set the TV and create storage space for electronic devices, games, puzzles... The radiator is hidden behind some oak panels, integrated with the back wall.

White colour for the bottom furniture and grey for the top one is used at the kitchen, a little counter with two tools is created to have breakfast. Next to the window there is a modern table with 4 chairs that can be extended for more guests.

Between the access and the corridor, a door divides the space. Above these a mezzanine is created to have storage space. At the end of the corridor a closet is created, inside you can set the washing machine and the dryer. You can also find additional space.

Two individual bedrooms with a different and personalized design. In both rooms you can do many activities (sleep, read, study, play...) thanks to the free space in the middle. All have a big office desk that receives natural light so as not to strain your eyes. Yours’ daughter room has a little, cosy dressing table. Both bedrooms have a pull-out bed for guests, you can see in pointed line in the design plan.

A new bathroom with access from both rooms is created. It has two sinks, WC, bidet and a big shower.

The main bedroom has a huge bed, a soft seating to dress or relax, a work area with a big desk that receives natural light and an ergonomic chair. The closet has a lot of capacity for both of you and a new access to the bathroom is created taking care of the radiator location. Two sinks, bidet, WC and a huge shower, space for towels, creams and other accessories.
